This is the man who bought this lion as a cub in the 60’s and then when it got too big he let it into the wild. 10 years later it was the alpha male in a nature reserve in Africa and it was really violent. The guy went to see it and it walked up to him and gave him a hug.

Sad confeshunz: I used to watch it when I wanted to cry, it brings on the tears better than a Spanish onion even with the corny Aerosmith soundtrack (or maybe because of?).
Also, the two dudes who owned the lion are really, really hot. Like Yves Saint Laurent in the 70s with their fluffy hair and neckerchiefs.
I want someone to release me into the wild, so I can become the alpha female of a fearsome pride of mateless lionesses. I would still remember the nice gay couple who raised me, and the civilized things they taught me about dinner parties and mane-care, as I prowled the arid Serengeti, making antelopes and beta females cower.
